DigiTaliya Marketing Pvt. Ltd., subsidiary company of TechTaliya Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients’ needs and our internal teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional digital marketing solutions. Proficiency in English to collaborate with clients from different parts of the world and the ability to manage client relationships are essential for this role.

Skills, Qualifications, and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms and CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, detailing the need and benefits of various digital marketing strategies, and translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback, present project updates, and ensure alignment with their marketing objectives.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and refine digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, project plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
